• Community posts and replies
• Subscription status and billing identifiers (full payment details are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and are not stored by FitHerWorth)
• Device and app usage data
• Support messages and reports you submit

• Power AI features (calorie estimates, workouts, journal prompts, wellness suggestions)

Where applicable law (such as UK/EU GDPR) requires it, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Contract — to create your account, deliver the app, and manage your subscription.
• Legitimate interests — to keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fraud, moderate the community, and improve the app.
• Consent — for optional features such as marketing communications, where required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, safety, and other legal requirements.

FitHerWorth uses AI to generate calorie estimates, workouts, journal prompts, and wellness suggestions. Your inputs may be processed by trusted AI service providers to generate a response. AI results may not always be accurate and should be used as supportive guidance only — not as medical, nutritional, or professional advice. We do not sell your inputs and only send what's needed to complete the request.

Community posts and replies may appear anonymously to other users. We store your account identity privately on our side so we can keep the community safe, prevent abuse, review reports, and provide support. Your identity is not shown publicly to other users.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, refunds, billing, and tax compliance. When you purchase a subscription, Paddle collects your payment details and billing information directly and acts as an independent data controller for that payment data. FitHerWorth does not store your full payment details (such as card numbers); we store only your subscription status and related billing identifiers needed to manage your access to premium features. We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers and recipients we need to operate the app, including:

• Hosting and database infrastructure providers
• Authentication providers
• AI service providers used to power AI features
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for payments, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds
• Analytics, email delivery, and customer support tooling
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary
• Authorities where required by law or to protect safety

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise most of these rights directly in Settings, or by emailing support@fitherworth.com. If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

FitHerWorth is for general wellness and educational purposes only. It does not provide medical, nutrition, mental health, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a qualified professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, fasting, or health routines.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is ever 100% secure. We retain your data as needed to provide the app, comply with applicable law, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data except where we need to keep certain information for legal, safety, or fraud-prevention reasons.

FitHerWorth is not intended for young children. The app is intended for users 18 and over, or 13 and over with permission from a parent or guardian where permitted by local law. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
